This is just what the heading says:  A brand new Paxman 'New World' or 'American' flare.  It's in lacquered yellow brass and, as you can see from my reflections in the pics, it's very shiny!  Condition is literally perfect.

This will fit any Paxman horn with a 'New World' (or 'American') screw bell;  but it won't fit other Paxman bell sizes.
